When Do I Need Coaching ?

Coaching occurs currently online on a one to one basis, on Zoom or via the telephone. You can book any number of sessions at a time but most people start with 6 to allow enough time for change to come about. The sessions will be treated confidentially and will be carried out professionally based on mutual respect, honesty and commitment. You set the agenda and focus on what you want to each session. During the coaching you will feel listened to you at a much deeper level than in normal conversation. You will have time and space to express your thoughts and to consider your options in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Any questions are aimed at clarifying or gently challenging you in a supportive way, enabling you to think differently and to move on. All that is required is an open mind and the desire to improve your current situation. I offer a free 30 minutes taster session. Thereafter clients usually have an hour’s session once a month or more regularly if required.
